An Ancient Brand

A legend carried in every drop

The modern history of Danelia's Wine began in 1907, when Vladimer Danelia founded "Danelia & Co." in Batumi. He created a unique trademark — a bee beside a cluster of grapes — a symbol of a centuries-old family technology using honey and honeycomb.

The brand quickly gained recognition and began exporting wine to Europe. Through occupation, confiscation and revival, the family preserved its secret technology and its dignity.

"Our wine is our history, and our history is our dignity."

A Patented Secret

Wine & honeycomb — a unique technology

The secret of the brand lies in a centuries-old tradition: treating the wine with natural honey and beeswax, which protects it from spoilage and grants exceptional stability and an unrepeatable bouquet.
